Off-Road Grand Prix" once per turn. ● When a "F.A." monster you control is destroyed by battle: You can discard 1 random card from your opponent's hand. ● If this face-up card on the field is destroyed by a card effect: You can add 1 "F.A." card from your Deck to your hand, except "F.A. Off-Road Grand Prix".
